Your Athletix Sports Performance trainer is Aaron Nicholson. With over 25-years combined experience in fitness & sports performance training, Aaron can help you become a better player or athlete. Whether you are seeking to increase strength, speed, agility, quickness and/or injury prevention for your sport, Aaron is here to help guide you in the right direction to achieve YOUR BEST!

Includes goal-specific, individualized personal fitness or athlete sports-specific training and conditioning, athletic screening. 1-Hour session.
Includes goal-specific personal fitness or athlete sports-specific training, conditioning and flexibility for up to 5 total athletes per private session. 1-Hour session.
Training for 1-Hour, 1x/week per athlete for 1-month of sessions including sports performance strength and conditioning, flexibility training. 1-Hour session.
Training for 1-hour, 2x/week per athlete for 1-month of sessions including sports performance strength and conditioning, flexibility training. 1-Hour session.
Focus is on player-specific training (screening), including injury prevention, improving swing mechanics/mobility/stability, swing speed & power training.
